California United Bank Adds Senior Vice President Michelle Loveall.

ENCINO, Calif. -- California United Bank (OTCBB: CUNB) today announced the addition of Michelle Loveall as Senior Vice President.

Ms. Loveall, who previously worked with CUB Senior Vice President Ted Vournas, is a seasoned banking professional, with multiple decades of banking experience.

"We continue to add high-quality, senior-level people as we support CUB's ongoing growth, and Michelle Loveall is another important part of our expanding team," said Dave Rainer, California United Bank's Chairman, President and CEO. "Her experience managing banking relationships and providing customers with superior customer service will prove to be a tremendous asset to CUB as we continue to distinguish our institution as a premier commercial bank in Southern California."

Ms. Loveall's hiring comes after a year of expansion for CUB in 2010, where the institution entered Glendale/San Gabriel Valley and Orange County, and added senior managers to further penetrate the Los Angeles Market. Additionally, on December 31, 2010, CUB completed its acquisition of Thousand Oaks based California Oaks State Bank, growing the total number of full service branches to six.

Ms. Loveall joins California United Bank from First Regional/First Citizens Bank, where she was a Senior Vice President from 2004 to 2010. Previously, Ms. Loveall was a Vice President at Comerica Bank. She began her career as a Vice President for Union Bank in Los Angeles. Ms. Loveall is involved in the community, serving as the Chairman of the California Construction Educational Foundation, and as a Director of the Orange County Chapter of Associated General Contractors of California.
