Fed: Labor calls for Fahey to front IT inquiry
The federal opposition is calling for finance minister JOHN FAHEY to front a Senate
inquiry to explain the government's backflip on information technology outsourcing plans.
Acting opposition leader SIMON CREAN says Mr FAHEY should be sacked for his handling
of the program, which was overturned following a report by Australian Stock Exchange Director
DAVID HUMPHRY.
